Returns and Exchanges:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items eligible for return must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the item.
- Items purchased during promotional events (including but not limited to sales or clearance items) may be subject to specific return restrictions. Please refer to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
- Gift items can be returned by the original purchaser, or exchanged for a store credit (if applicable).
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
- Personalized or custom items (including engraved or monogrammed products).
- Gift cards or store credits.
- Opened or used beauty and fragrance products.
- Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise specified).
Please ensure that your items meet the eligibility requirements before attempting to return them.
3. How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
- Prepare the Return: Pack your items securely in the original packaging (if available) and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
4. Refunds and Processing Time:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping or handling charges.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned items.
- In case of a defective or damaged item, we will offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and indicate your desired exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the replacement item. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
6. In-Store Returns:
Items purchased online can also be returned at our Froyes Min store locations (if applicable). Please bring the original receipt, order confirmation, or shipping confirmation email along with the items you wish to return. Returns will be processed in-store according to the same guidelines as online returns.
7. International Returns:
For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that any customs fees or duties incurred when returning items will be at the customer’s expense. To ensure the quickest processing time, please include your order number and proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a refund, exchange, or repair at no extra cost to you.
